JN Taylor & Co. Pty Ltd (JNT) provides technical support by accessing your computer to assist with problem solving, setting up and/or commissioning software products and services that have been supplied by JNT. By agreeing to the TeamViewer session you authorise JNT support staff to access controls, settings and data residing on your PC.

  1. JNT will take all care to preserve and backup owner stored data but cannot be held responsible or liable for loss of data. It is the responsibility of the owner / customer to keep backup copies of the all data.
  2. While all due care is taken to avoid personal data, by allowing JNT support to remotely access your PC, you may allow access to private data, including but not limited to, the viewing of images, emails, or files required to complete the requested service.
  3. Remote Support is only provided for support to JNT supplied products (i.e. MaxSea Time Zero, WAASP, Maretron and other computer based products as supplied by JNT. Any issues found with the PC Hardware, including Windows Software, Anti-Virus software or configuration is chargeable at standard Technician Rates.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a suitable data connection is available to the subject PC. All data costs are for the customers account.
  5. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JN Taylor & Co. Pty Ltd trading as Furuno Australia / Taylor Marine AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE REMOTE ACCESSING YOUR PC.
