Register Your Furuno Products

In the unlikely event that you require warranty service for your Furuno equipment, it is important that your products have been registered on the Furuno World Wide Warranty Database.

Note! Only Furuno products purchased from an Authorised Australian Furuno dealer may be registered on this site. Please see our list of Authorised dealers on this website.

Please note the following limited warranty conditions:

1. Self Installed & Trailer Boat Products: Unless prior written notification has been received, all products that have been self installed or installed by a non Authorised Installer / Dealer falls within the Return To Base policy. This includes all products listed on our Trailer Boat Price List. Please consult your dealers for details on returning your product to our Service Centre.
2. Authorised Installation / Onboard Service: If your equipment has been supplied, installed and commissioned by an Authorised Furuno Installer or Service Centre, then the equipment will qualify for limited onboard service. Proof of installation by an Authorised Dealer is required with all claims requesting onboard service. A full list of Authorised Installers and Technical Dealers is available on our website here. Onboard service includes a maximum of 4 hours warranty labour, two hours travel time and a maximum of 100km's car travel (round trip) during normal working hours. Any further / additional expenses including but not limited to: sea trials, accommodation, overtime etc. are for the customers account and are specifically excluded from the onboard warranty.
